Blogging is like arriving at a friends home with a basket full of well wishes, ready with thoughts to share, gifts to give or even to lend a helping hand.
It is offering the best you have to give
and serving it with the finest presentation.
It is sharing with friends, all those things that make us who we are. Our appreciation for the little things,
like the intricate weave of a figural damask,
the graceful lines of a well-loved chair
or the undeniable charm of a well appointed monogram.
Blogging has become a reason and a place to share our thoughts, our loves, ourselves with kindred spirits. It invites us in, and we are better for the inspiration and enrichment it provides. I continue to be inspired by the many friends I have come to know in blogland and hope that, if even in some small way, I have offered that comfortable haven to a vintage white readers.
Please be sure to join my friends, who are celebrating blogging at cupidscharm.
Sincerely, Trisha

Hi Trisha,
What a lovely post, very true in what I feel about blogging as well in my experiences. Your blog is beautiful, love your choice of neutral colors, very serene here at A Vintage White. I tried finding you through the comment you left on my blog and the profile said unavailable through Blogger, did go back through Joy's post though and found you that way - so glad I did. Happy weekend!
